The OCWR Board previously adopted updates to Part 541 of the FLSA regulations, but those updates never received congressional approval. Prior to being submitted for approval by Congress, those updated regulations were proposed by the OCWR Board, opened to public comment, and then adopted by the Board after consideration of the comments received. Those updates were superseded by the 2022 updates to Part 541.
