In-Person Resilience Training Coming in May
The Office of Congressional Workplace Rights’ (OCWR) education and outreach team will conduct an in-person resilience training program on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 10 a.m. The program will be held in the Mary Pickford Theater, which is located on the third floor of the Library of Congress’ James Madison Memorial Building.
The legislative branch workplace is a dynamic, exciting, and unique environment, but it can be stressful at times. This training module identifies what resilience is, explains why it is important in the workplace, and proposes strategies to enhance the resilience of legislative branch employees.
This training is open to current covered employees of the legislative branch of the federal government. Please register in advance for this program at ocwr.gov.
