The Congressional Climate Survey
The Congressional Climate Survey (CCS) will be used to assess the congressional workplace climate, including incidents of harassment and discrimination. Your participation in the survey will help to ensure that legislative branch employees enjoy a safe, healthy, and productive workplace culture. Participation is voluntary, and all responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. Implicit Bias Training Video
Implicit bias training is now available on the OCWR website. “Addressing Implicit Bias” is a 38-minute video that explains implicit bias, the manifestation of implicit bias in the workplace, and ways to mitigate the effects of implicit bias to foster a more inclusive work environment.

The OCWR will be hosting a monthly pop-up training series on the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA). This webinar will explain the role of the OCWR in administering and enforcing the CAA, review the rights and responsibilities of covered legislative branch employees under the CAA, and outline the OCWR’s administrative dispute resolution process for resolving claims.
