As a result of the CAA Reform Act, section 301(l) of the CAA requires the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights to prepare and submit to Congress an annual report detailing certain payments made by employing offices pursuant to awards or settlements in connection with claims alleging violations of section 201(a) or 206(a) of the CAA (unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability, or violations of servicemembers’ rights).
