STATEMENT OF STANDARD PROCEDURES IN REPRESENTATION HEARINGS BEFORE HEARING OFFICERS


The hearing will be conducted by a designated Hearing Officer at the time and place specified in the Notice of Hearing, and in accordance with the provisions of Part 2422 of the Substantive Regulations of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR).   11. Oral arguments
  12. Filing of briefs
  13. Requests for additional time to file briefs after the close of the hearing
