This training module outlines the rights and responsibilities of covered staff and offices of the legislative branch under the CAA. Additionally, this training outlines the OCWR administrative dispute resolution process and the necessary deadlines for covered employees to file a claim. It also examines different types of harassment and discrimination and the legal prohibitions on such conduct in the workplace.

Note: This training is for current employees of the legislative branch of the federal government. Registrants who do not use their .gov e-mail address may have their registration declined. This training does not substitute for the House-mandated training for Members, Officers, full-/part-time staff, interns, detailees, and fellows. All other legislative branch staff may check with their employing offices to see whether this training will satisfy their offices’ requirements.
