When filing a claim with the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR), you may describe the actions that you are challenging and why you believe that the actions violate the CAA. If you would like to continue your description of your claim, you may submit a continuing description with your claim form.

Please note that filing a claim is only the first step in the administrative dispute resolution process. If your claim passes preliminary review, you may request a hearing with the OCWR with other opportunities to provide additional evidence and arguments.

Please also note that any additional document(s) submitted with your claim form will be provided to the employing office named in your claim, along with a copy of your claim form.
