The Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR) (formerly Office of Compliance) is open from 9 am – 5 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
Inquiries from employees, applicants, former employees, or employing offices regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Congressional Accountability Act are confidential.
The OCWR is part of the legislative branch and is therefore not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
